Firm view · Demo
The client gets a single-use link, then a one-time email code, then an HttpOnly session cookie before any upload. The graph below shows everything one request can set in motion after that.
This is a demonstration, not a CPA firm. It is here to show what the workflow can do. Send the link to your own address and upload only throwaway files. Do not upload real client documents, tax returns, or anything containing a Social Security number. Uploads are deleted automatically after seven days. What actually runs: the single-use link, the emailed one-time code, the session, and the encrypted upload are all genuinely running. Everything after that in the graph below, including every integration marked simulated, is illustrative. Demo records are cleared regularly.
The same flow can run on your own hardware. This copy sits on AWS because it is a public demo. The identical capture, routing, and notification logic deploys inside your network, on servers you own, under your security controls and your retention rules — cloud, hybrid, or fully on-premise. See deployment options.
Create a request, or run a sample below, and this graph plays the workflow it triggers. Blue steps run without anyone touching them; amber steps wait for a person — the return itself is always one of them. The access and upload steps are live here; the rest are hypothetical.
Marked live are actually running in this demo, including the single-use link, one-time code, session, and presigned upload. The rest are the systems a real deployment connects to.
Fixed in this demo. A real deployment carries your firm name; here the outbound email always identifies itself as an Automatico demonstration so it cannot be dressed up as someone else.
They receive the secure link from sales@automatico.llc, then a separate one-time code.

This is a demonstration. The upload itself is real and encrypted, which is exactly why you should upload only throwaway files — no real client documents, tax returns, or anything with a Social Security number on it. Everything uploaded here is deleted automatically after seven days.
